Mojdeh as well as being a Master Acupuncturist and Aesthetic Consultant, Mojdeh is a self taught artist who has been painting since 1998.

Having been born in Iran but now based here in the UK  gives Mojdeh’s work a unique mix of cultural impressions and perspectives.

Mojdehs' main inspiration comes from light, shape and colour. She avoids convention in her creative process  experimenting with different  techniques and materials . She paints a range of subjects including flowers, animals, figures, abstracts and mandalas.

To express the work of her spirit, it is essential for Mojdeh to have order, discipline and balance in her life. She rejects today's creative recycling of past ideas and prefers to work only in the present responding to the subject of the work at that moment in time. As a result, her work is alive with her intuitive insight, vision and natural expression.

Mojdeh creates innovative and inspiring art, comprehensible to people on many levels. She chooses to paint on perspex, as this gives her the flexibility to use a wide palette, including acrylics, metal paints, gels, oils and silks and in some of her work, jewels are applied directly to the perspex. The paintings are then backed with coloured silk or rice paper creating an extra dimension which often cant be easily appreciated from photographs of the work. Mojdeh is an ambidextrous artist, often painting this way simultaneously, producing unique unconventional methods.

Mojdehs' work is commissioned by private and business clients. She has been tremendously successful with her painting and has also exhibited at several galleries locally in Gloucestershire and in London.
